Our Process

A guide to better understand our Production Process

This is a section where we go into detail about how our production process operates, things to expect and of some of what we may require of you throughout this journey! Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have!

 

Contact and Preliminary Discussions

Hello! This is where we begin with getting an idea of what you are looking for with your project. We will figure out the details no matter how big or small! We may ask for supporting materials such as building or location details, logo files in .png format, or example photographs.

Bidding and Artwork Design

Here we continue to figure out the logistics of your project. Developing the design and artwork, we calculate material and labor costs to provide you with most accurate estimate possible. We may go through several versions of your design until we reach the best choice.

Contractual Phase and Down Payment

After providing you with artwork and preliminary quotes, we may require a down payment of 20% to begin work on the contract. We will also take care of any permit handling required. Depending on the scale and extent of the project you may choose to take advantage of our Project Management service.

Production Phase

It is now when the real magic starts! When your project is on our production schedule, our artists begin work on bring your project to life. You may enjoy a number of progress shots or come visit us out at the shop to see how it all works! Depending on the needs of the work, this phase may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months!

End of Production, Install and Payment Scheduling

As we wrap up production on your project we will be contacting you to schedule a number of things. We will require another payment of 30% before moving forward with scheduling installation! Depending on the needs of the project, we may require scheduling install on a day when your business or space will be closed. We take care of the rest, including clean up!

Installation, Final Billing, and Follow up

Its finally here, the day you've been waiting for! Depending on project needs, there might be aspects that need to be produced on site and take additional days. After completion and clean up, we typically take 1-2 weeks to finish final processing of your bill. Upon completion of final payment we like to make a follow up visit at your convenience and go over any lingering thoughts. This allows us to discuss any questions, concerns, or new ideas that you may have!
